Good morning beautiful people! I hope your week is off to a great start. I woke up this morning feeling extremely dehydrated .... it could be the drink I had last night with C ;) but more likely it is due to the fact that it's cold outside and the last thing I want to drink is water.
Overall, I'd say I'm pretty decent at getting that H2O in, but I know I can do better. So I started wondering - what do you all do to ensure you're hydrated EVEN when it's cold?
In the spring last year, I ran a free hydration challenge where I used an app called waterlogged and it was super helpful to track my water. Together with our group, we found patterns and systems to ensure that water was being enjoyed. Looking back, I found it easy to drink the water then because it was WARM outside! So what do I do when it's cold?
Clarissa found a delicious herbal Rooibos Chai that she has been drinking (which I enjoy occasionally as well); usually though, I just drink water on it's own. Do you have any tips and tricks to get that H2O in?
I would love to hear them! In the meantime, here is the tea she found that we have been enjoying. I also make sure my water isn't freezing cold as I know that will NEVER get chugged down!
