What's in a name.....?

I'll apologize to start with because this post is a bit of a rant. Not a bad rant, but a rant nonetheless. The reason I titled this "what's in a name?" is because of the insane amount of people asking me lately, "Why Beachbody?" And NO - they weren't asking me because they wanted to know why I was a Beachbody Coach (even though that's how I took it and of course jumped right into explaining what the heck I am so passionate about) - they were asking me, "Why did they call the company Beachbody?"

I am sure that for those asking in person, my face gave away my dumbfounded reaction. While for those writing me the question, I hope my responses made sense! I have NO idea why the company itself was called Beachbody!!! What I do know is that as coaches for this company, we are unified in our desire to help people live happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives! Perhaps it's called "Beachbody" because as long as you are comfortable in your own skin, then you have the perfect Beach Body!!!

There is no one size fits all recipe and there most definitely is no "perfect" body. What there is though, is a right to live a life full of health & wellness! I apologize if the name scares you off - what I hope however, is that you take the time to really uncover what we do as coaches and why we are so freaking driven and passionate about helping others!

At the beginning of January, Beachbody launched a new package where for an entire year, everyone can have unlimited access to ALL of the programs, even the specialty programs AND the new programs launching this year along with a bag of Shakeology AND the containers for the Fix Container System all for the low price of $199usd. This literally BLEW my mind.

I paid over $70 per month for gym memberships since I was 18 years old. This was working out to less than $15 per month for hundreds of programs with LITERALLY, the BEST trainers. I couldn't get over this promo. Now, for the month of April, in order to help as many people as possible Spring into Health, the price has been slashed to $160usd. For me, this is a no-brainer. An entire year of the best fitness programs available - that works out to pennies!!!

So - who cares what the name is?!!! All I care about is helping people, especially other Mamas out there, live a healthier, more fulfilling life - perhaps by reaching their health & fitness goals, these Mamas will also feel like they have their "Beachbody"!

Sending love and big hugs,
