Most of us know that in order to feel good, we have to pay attention to what we put in our bodies (nutrition) as well as the physical output (fitness)! So why is it that so many of us walk around feeling terrible, beating ourselves up, starting over and over and over again?

 

Our passion is helping busy people (especially women) take the guess work out of their wellness goals and feel amazing in the shortest amount of time possible!

The reason a Personal Trainer or weightloss program works is because of the support and accountability during the time we are going to that specific program. That is why our programs are SO SUCCESSFUL!

YOUR FITNESS PLAN: We are going to take the guess work out of your fitness routine for you by laying out a fitness plan specifically for you and your goals. Each month we will advance slightly in difficulty of your workouts to keep your body guessing and most importantly, to make sure you are continually showing progress toward your long term goals. These workouts can be done 100% at home OR at the gym - this is totally your choice.

YOUR NUTRITION PLAN: There are two common misconceptions about eating healthy to achieve your desired health & fitness goals.
 

  1. Eating healthy is difficult, time consuming & expensive.

  2. Eating healthy is boring and I'm totally going to feel restricted.


SORRY BABE, but neither of these are the truth. We'll be teaching you how to completely simplify your nutrition and utilize proper portion control to achieve those results. You won't be cutting out entire food groups, or be left feeling like you can't have a social life. You will however follow a simple, well-laid out nutrition plan to make healthy eating easier than ever before.
